Chief Executive Officer

Hunter has spent his career building MGAs, launching carrier relationships, structuring reinsurance programs, and navigating Lloyd’s of London. He has led M&A transactions, raised capital from strategic investors, and created underwriting platforms from the ground up. At Xchange, Hunter drives strategic vision, carrier alignment, and the program development roadmap.

Steven Cota

Chief Information Officer

Steve has led enterprise technology and data strategy initiatives across multiple insurance platforms. His expertise ensures that Xchange’s infrastructure supports compliance, speed to market, and seamless integration with carrier and network systems. He plays a pivotal role in building a digital backbone that scales with our ambitions.

Chief Financial Officer

Kris brings extensive financial and operational leadership across specialty insurance organizations. With a background in structuring insurance entities, managing risk capital, and implementing scalable finance operations, he ensures that Xchange’s programs are both strategically sound and operationally efficient. His experience makes him a key link between underwriting ambition and disciplined execution.

D.J. Postles brings over 20 years of underwriting and leadership expertise across global carriers, specialty MGAs, and reinsurance organizations. He has built and managed diversified portfolios, consistently driving profitable growth through disciplined underwriting and by strengthening broker and carrier partnerships in both regional and national markets.
